Earlier this year, Jarrod Cunningham, the former London Irish player, was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease.
Motor Neurone Disease (MND) is the name given to a group of related diseases affecting the motor neurones in the brain and spinal cord. This condition is fatal and has no known cure.
Jarrod (33) joined London Irish RFC in 1998, making 82 appearances. He was the top Premiership points scorer in the 1999/2000 season with 324 points.
The club and its supporters are undertaking a number of fund raising activities for Jarrod. The money raised will go to the Jarrod Cunningham Fund.
For only £1 you can guess the mileage that the London Irish Wig will travel this season in it's trips around the world. At the end of the current season you could win what would then rightly be a World Famous Wig after it's last trip.
